Low-Level Radioactivity in Cars From Japan

Any move to reduce the level of radioactivity in automobiles is very welcome especially in this day and age when the environment has been heavily damaged. Research was for some time under weigh on whether the report on cars shipped from the port of Yokohama in Japan have minimal radioactivity as claimed by customs agents experienced in
automobile insurance in Chile. The conclusive report was released that indeed cars from the port in Japan were detected to have a lower percentage of radioactivity.

The earthquake and nuclear disaster that hit Japan may have altered the level of radioactivity. These results were seen following investigations taking place in Chile on the level of radio activity in cars being shipped into their port. A high level may result to health problems for people who are exposed to it. Knowing the exact degree and percentage of adioactivity may help to save the nation from yet another calamity of port workers being exposed to conditions that are risky to their health. It was however confirmed by the Chilean deputy treasury secretary Miguel Angel Quesada and the nuclear ommission of Chile that the radioactivity is too low to cause any health risks to humans.

The fact that cars from Japan were found to have less radioactivity shows that it is indeed possible to have cars with low radioactivity. The high radioactivity in cars could pose as health hazards. Possible solutions to the international calamity of increased radioactivity in cars have been discussed over and over again. Car manufacturing companies have on the other hand worked round the clock to try and keep radioactivity to the minimal. This is a big step that they have
taken. The fruits seen are however not enough and more has to be done urgently. A lot of research has been going on over the matter. And there is hope for production of car with low radioactivity.
